Friday February 1, 2019: Dusty Crumpets
Yorkie (from Rough Cut) has often talked about creating a new band to do songs that cover honky tonk country through to songs with a rockabilly edge.
This is that band. They chose The Guild as the venue to make their debut in November last year. So it is fitting that they kick off 2019 for us.
Songs by Dale Watson, Merle Haggard, Steve Earle, Wade Hayes, Johnny Rivers, McBride & The Ride, Brooks & Dunn etc.
Yorkie – vocals and rhythm guitar
Lee Slater – lead guitar
Phil Bowen – vocals and bass guitar
Rob Street – vocals and drums
